so, here’s how it works
step 1: you decide to set a goal and set a timeline to get there
Now you have to think about your health and fitness goals, and consider your timeline.
what brought you to this decision?
WHERE ARE YOU NOW?
WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO?
AND HOW LONG can you commit TO the journey?
consider what it is that you are truly looking to get out of your program.
are you trying to lose weight or looking to bulk up?
ARE YOU trying to maximize performance for a specific sport - i.e. pickleball, tennis, kickboxing, golf, etc ?
are you trying to develop a HEALTHY AND active routine?
DO YOU WANT TO increase mobility? OR COORDINATION? OR AGILITY? OR POWER? LONG DISTANCE RUNNING?
DO YOU NEED TO ALTER YOUR DIET OR HABITS?
DO YOU want to increase performance in your sport?

step 2: you choose a flex session pack or a monthly session pack.
the flex session pack is AVAILABLE IN PACKS OF 5, 10, AND 20 SESSIONS.
The flex session pack is better for those looking for flexibility in scheduling their sessions.
With the Flex Pack you can use them whenever you prefer:
Stack multiple sessions in a week or day, or space them out over time and schedule them as needed. You have 9 months to use 5/10 session packs, 15 months for 20 session packs).
Like the Monthly, the Flex pack includes the same level of Onboarding, Assessments, Fitness Programming and Nutritional Coaching.
the monthly pack is available in 2 to 12 month options.
the monthly package = one REOCCURRING session per week at the same time each week
The MONTHLY is for accomplishing a set of connected goals that generally require time and consistency.
Some examples may include: Weight Loss/Management, Mobility, Nutritional Programming and Wellness, Bodybuilding/Physique Sculpting, Sports Performance, Race/Event Prep, Strength, or maybe your just kind of stuck and need a kickstart.
The 3 core aspects that this will revolve around are (1) a daily Nutritional Routine, (2) a weekly Exercise Regiment, and (3) the TIME necessary to allow the new adaptations to occur.
Monthly packages can be customized. Discounts Available for Monthly packages that meet more frequent than once weekly. Up to 1 makeup allowed per month of the program.
step 3: complete your onboarding forms and schedule your session zero

SESSION ZERO is our first registered session in your pack, but it isn’t a typical session. First we'll talk, go thru some biometric measurements, and warm-up together. The remainder will be a series of movement, strength, and cardio based assessments.
The results will be vital to establish a baseline of where your strength, mobility, cardio, and limitations are currently at, and will determine how I can best tailor fitness and nutritional programming that is specific to your goals.
Choose your training package option. Choose a date/time for SESSION ZERO.

Within 24hrs of your booking, you will receive a txt from me confirming your date/time for SESSION ZERO, along with a payment link for the balance. If you are unable to pay in full, please contact me and we'll determine a payment plan that works.

Make payment
You will get a Booking ID - However the booking is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation txt from me with a payment link for the balance (if applicable).
The ONBOARDING PROCESS begins. I will email you a few forms (including a Health History Questionnaire and a Physical Readiness Screening) that are to be completed and returned via email at least 24hrs before Session Zero.

once you have decided which package is best for you, you have a few steps to follow.
(1) click on one of the book now links
(2) Select the package option, and follow the prompts. you’ll select a date/time for your first sessioN, called SEssion zero. pay the deposit securely through stripe as prompted. (the full cost is listed on this page at the top in the drop-down menu.)
(3) you will get a txt from me confirming your session/package along with a payment request. i accept zelle, venmo, and cash.
(4) i will email you your welcome kit. this is the onboarding process. go thru the documents and COMPLETE AND RETURN the forms you will be EMAILED.
step 4: Your customized program begins
after session zero,
We will have completed ONBOARDING, so all of your forms and questionnaires will be complete. We will also have completed your Biometric MEASUREMENTS, as well as your Movement, Strength, and Cardio ASSESSMENTS. You should leave SESSION ZERO knowing the exact date/time your program will commence and what to expect each week.
I will have a clear picture of your GOALS, your CURRENT HEALTH AND STRENGTH Situation, and any LIMITATIONS to consider.
So what do I do? I take all this and I go into the lab. I customize your Nutritional and Fitness Program, considering all the variables, and we are ready to begin your training program.
