I’m a Pickleball Instructor and Personal Trainer based out of Bergen Pickleball Zone, located just off Rt 17 in Ramsey, NJ.
We are a 30,000sq ft state-of-the-art facility with 6 climate controlled indoor pickleball courts, a large personal training area, and a full service juice and smoothie bar. We have TV's and couches and fusball for your breaks. Good times and good music always. The facility is truly one-of-a-kind.

with a focus on Mobility, We look to complete a variety of Movements and Skill Drills that will improve Agility, Coordination, Flexibility, Strength, and Conditioning.

Frankly, I am tired of seeing people get injured, not being able to play, and what that entails in their life. Likewise, it pains me to watch players get to certain level and plateau, they just get stuck and cannot seem to improve.
